Welcome to EAsFX! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of easfx.com and the purchase of our digital trading software.

By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Do not continue to use EAsFX if you do not agree to all terms stated on this page.

1. Digital Product & License Grant

• Upon purchase, EAsFX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Expert Advisor or indicator for personal trading.

• Unless explicitly stated in a “Multi-Account” or “Developer” package, licenses are strictly tied to the designated MetaTrader account(s) or user credentials.

2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

• All software, source code, website content, logos, and materials on easfx.com are the intellectual property of EAsFX.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, share, lease, or distribute our EAs, indicators, or license keys to any third party or public forums. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

3. Product Updates & Availability

• We strive to maintain continuous support and update our products to remain compatible with MetaTrader updates.

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time with prior notice where feasible.
