Due to the digital nature of our products (Expert Advisors, indicators, and downloadable source scripts), all products are delivered instantly via digital download and source key access.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because digital items can be immediately copied, installed, and saved upon purchase, EAsFX operates under a strict NO REFUND policy for general change-of-mind purchases or failure to read system requirements.

Before making a purchase, please ensure that:

  • You have chosen the correct version (MT4 or MT5).

  • You understand that automated trading carries financial risks and historical backtest results do not guarantee future profits.

2. Exceptions & Technical Assistance

We are committed to helping you succeed with our tools. If you encounter any technical issues:

  • File Corruption / Broken Link: If you receive a corrupted download link, contact us immediately and we will re-send the files.

  • Installation Support: If you have trouble setting up the software, our support team will guide you step-by-step via email or remote setup assistance.

If a digital product is proven to have a critical technical defect that our team cannot resolve within 14 days of contact, a replacement or store credit/refund may be granted at the sole discretion of EAsFX.
